【原文】
子曰：「君子病（1）無能焉，不病人之不己知也。」
【英文】
The Master said, “The gentleman is troubled by his own lack of ability, not by the failure of others to appreciate him.”
【注釋】
（1）病，憂慮。
【翻譯】
孔子說：「君子但愁自己沒有才能，不愁別人不知道自己。」
【主旨】勉人修德。
